1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Any reference to a statute or regulation includes amendments or re-enactments of that statute or regulation.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of aj444, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms and that the third party meets all eligibility requirements set out herein. aj444 does not accept registrations on behalf of third parties and any such Account will be closed if discovered.

aj444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice to individual Players. The current version of the Terms is always available on this page and is identified by its effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version (if made available), the English version shall prevail in all respects.

3 Age Restriction & Eligibility

To be eligible to use the aj444 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your Account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of aj444 or any of its partner gaming studios;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed by aj444 for breach of these Terms;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

aj444 employs age verification procedures during the KYC process. Players may be asked to provide a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) to confirm age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by aj444 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

If aj444 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under the age of 18, the Account will be suspended immediately. Any winnings accumulated during a period of underage play will be forfeited. Original deposits will be returned to the verified payment method where legally required and practically possible.

4 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services on aj444 — including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal Account. One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the aj444 Platform at any one time. Opening or operating more than one Account (whether in the same name or under different details) constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, aj444 reserves the right to close all such Accounts, void any associated winnings, and retain any deposited funds pending investigation in accordance with applicable anti-fraud procedures.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. aj444 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must:

Accurate Information: All information provided at registration and during KYC must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds. aj444 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time.

Account Transfer: Accounts are strictly non-transferable. The sale, transfer, or assignment of an Account to any third party is expressly prohibited. Any attempt to transfer an Account will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) immediately or within a short processing window depending on the payment method selected. Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of the KYC verification process. Unverified Accounts may not process withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. aj444 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volumes at the time of the request.

Currency: All Account balances, bets, winnings, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No foreign exchange conversion is applied to transactions made via local Bangladeshi payment methods. Players are responsible for any fees their own bank or mobile financial service provider may charge.

Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal threshold applies to all withdrawal requests. The current minimum amount is displayed within the cashier section of your Account at the time of requesting a withdrawal.

Declined Transactions: aj444 reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal request that cannot be verified, appears to be linked to fraudulent activity, or conflicts with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Players will be notified of declined transactions and may be asked to provide additional verification documentation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

aj444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to a welcome deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms attached to each individual offer.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in the specific bonus terms at the time of the offer. Players should read all bonus-specific terms carefully before claiming any promotion.

One Bonus at a Time: Unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise, only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. New player welcome bonuses are available once per household, per device, and per payment method. aj444 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion and to withdraw a bonus offer where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager toward meeting wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain other game types may contribute a reduced percentage or may be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are set out in the individual bonus terms.

Expiry: All bonus funds and any associated free spins carry an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit, unless stated otherwise. Unused bonus funds and free spins will be forfeited upon expiry.

Abuse: Strategies designed to exploit bonuses, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering to clear requirements, and coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, constitute bonus abuse. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the aj444 Platform you agree to conduct yourself at all times in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud aj444 or other players, including the use of stolen payment methods, chargebacks without genuine dispute, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker or live dealer games where player interaction is possible.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated betting scripts, exploits, glitches, or any other technical tool to gain an advantage not available to ordinary players.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or using more than one Account in contravention of the One Account Policy described in Section 4.
• Prohibited jurisdictions: Accessing or using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Impersonation: Posing as another player, an aj444 employee, or any other individual in connection with any aspect of the Platform.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, offensive, or threatening behaviour toward support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Third-party access: Allowing any other person — including family members — to use your Account or conduct transactions on your behalf.

aj444 reserves the right to monitor gameplay, transaction patterns, and Account activity at all times. Where suspicious activity is detected, aj444 may place a temporary hold on a Player's Account pending investigation without prior notice. Players will be informed of any such hold and given a reasonable opportunity to provide clarification.

Any breach of the obligations set out in this section may result in, among other remedies available to aj444: (a) immediate Account suspension or permanent closure; (b) forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings derived from the prohibited conduct; (c) recovery of any losses sustained by aj444 as a direct result of the breach; and (d) referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting aj444 support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Closure by aj444: aj444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• aj444 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, criminal, or irregular activity;
• The Player has provided false or misleading information at any stage;
• aj444 is required to do so by applicable law, a regulatory instruction, or a court order;
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.

Inactive Accounts: An Account is considered inactive if no login has occurred within a continuous 12-month period. aj444 will attempt to notify the Account holder via the registered email address before applying any inactivity status. Inactive Account balances above the minimum threshold will be held securely and may be claimed by contacting support and completing verification.

Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem may request self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion prevents access to the Account for the chosen period — options range from a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours to permanent exclusion.
